PAYMENT
I accept (and prefer) paypal! Payment is due within 3 days of purchase please. If Paypal payment isn’t received within that time, and I haven’t been able to get ahold of you, or you haven’t explained the delay then the sale will be cancelled. Nothing personal, and of course you are free to re-order in the future. I know how life can sometimes get in the way. I am pretty flexible, so if there’s a reason that you can’t pay within the 3 days please just let me know and I will likely be able to accomodate you.
If you want to pay via some other method of payment, like money order or personal check, please convo me or send me an email at fadingendlessly[at]gmail[dot]com and we can work something out. 🙂
In the case of paypal echecks (as well as regular checks and money orders), I will wait until payment has cleared before shipping your items.
SHIPPING
I am in Canada and ship with CanadaPost (they are often pricey, but are surprisingly reliable). I get to the post office just about every day that it’s open (weekdays), and usually mail items within a day or two after payment has cleared (due to the handmade nature of my items, special orders will probably take a bit longer before they are shipped). I will contact you once I have recieved your order and let you know when it will be shipped out. That way you will know approximately when you can expect the package to arrive. All shipping costs include a nominal handling fee in order to cover shipping supplies (boxes, envelopes, straw ;), bubble mailers, etc).
Please make sure that your Paypal address is up to date!

I’m usually happy to rush orders whenever possible, and investigate faster shipping methods if necessary, so please convo or email me with any requests.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:
For packages within Canada I ship via CanadaPost expedited which takes approximately 2-10 days depending on your location (shipping is quicker in and around Ontario, but the more remote you get the longer it takes). If you would like me to ship via regular parcel (takes a bit longer, but also a bit cheaper) please let me know and I’ll send it to you that way (and refund you the difference via paypal). For flat paper items within Canada I ship via regular mail (usually about 5 days).
SHIPPING TO THE USA:
For packages to the US I ship via CanadaPost Small Packet and Light Packet Airmail which takes approximately 5-10 business days to the US (please allow extra time for possible customs delays and busy Holiday times). If you’re in a rush and you’d like something quicker please let me know before ordering and I’ll quote you a price (just a warning, it’s usually very pricey!).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I ship via CanadaPost Small Packet and Light Packet Airmail which generally takes approximately 6-11 business days internationally or possibly more depending on your location (please allow extra time for possible customs delays and busy Holiday times). This shipping price does not include any customs forms or taxes that your package might incurr when shipping from another country.
RUSH ORDERS:
If you’re in a rush to get your items, or you have a deadline please let me know before ordering and I’ll do my very best to get your items out in a timely manner. But please understand that I cannot perform miracles, nor do I have any control over CanadaPost rates or shipping times. Also if you’d like to discuss speedier shipping methods (or even cheaper shipping methods), please let me know before ordering and I can quote you an estimated cost.
LOCAL PICK-UPS:
If you live in the London Ontario region and would like to „pick up“ your items (in order to save on shipping fees), please let me know! I am happy accomodate! 🙂
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds and exchanges are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If you have a problem with your purchase please contact me via convo or email (fadingendlessly[at]gmail[dot]com) and we will work it out. I want you to be happy with your purchase, and I will do whatever I can to make it so! 🙂
WHOLESALE/BULK
Wholesale/Bulk orders for buttons are welcome! Please convo me and we can discuss terms, designs, quantities and pricing.
CUSTOM ORDERS
I’m very open to custom orders, so please let me know if you have any special requests. I have knit many baby-Jayne hats, mini Jayne hats and have done special orders for larger or smaller noggins. I have even done Jayne hats in different colours! Please email me and we can discuss your special order! 🙂
Due to the handcrafted nature of items, special orders may take up to a week to be filled. I will let you know at the time of ordering how long you can expect your special order to take.
